Refund & Exchange Policy

Dear valued customer, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Kindly note that you can try your items at the time of delivery while the courier is waiting. If there is any issue, you may return the item immediately on the spot.

Once the order is confirmed, fully paid, and the courier leaves, the item is considered accepted. After that, we are unable to offer any exchange or refund.

This policy is applied to ensure the quality of our products and to provide a fair experience for all customers.

Multiple Sizes / Try-On Policy

If you would like to order the same item in different sizes to try, you can do so by placing two separate orders.

Please note that our courier company does not allow one shipment to include items where one is kept and the other is returned. For this reason, each size must be placed as a separate order with a separate shipping fee.

This allows you to receive both items, keep the one that fits, and return the other at the time of delivery.

Unreceived Orders Policy

If the courier company tries to contact you and there is no response, the order will be returned back to us.

If this happens once or twice and you later confirm that you still want the order, we can resend it. However, after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will require full payment in advance before sending the order again.

This is because shipping fees are charged to us each time the order is sent out and returned without being received.
